The Operational View shows the most action. See the small villages, the medium size towns and the larger red cities such as Bordeaux, as well as icons for legions, characters, and graphics for other activities: the red line and red-tinted hexes in the east are for a legion’s movement and scouting range. The large yellow circle occupying the southwest shows the intercept range for a Visigoth legion outside the city Tolosa (modern day Toulouse), the blue circle in the center shows the recon radius of a watch tower in the city Lugdunum. Each player’s operational view is unique to him, reflecting only those things he is aware of through discovery and intelligence information he has collected.
