You may change your service level in the "My Kingdoms" page after you Sign In to your account. If you increase your service level at a date other than your normal billing date, your account will be charged a pro-rated amount equivalent to the difference in charge between the old and new service levels for the days remaining in your current billing period. Reduction in service level does not result in a pro-rated credit: the new lower charge becomes effective on your normal billing date. If you discontinue play by choosing "No Service" as your service level, charges to your credit card will cease, however payments already made are not refundable. We will notify you at your email address if we encounter a problem with your card, although this may result in an interruption of your service until a new valid credit card is confirmed.
