The Secret Victory Condition Options
The Secret Victory Condition Options Each player should visit his Kingdom
screen and choose one of the secret victory conditions  no later than T3.  If no
choice is made, the selection defaults to The Visionary.  As with The Rex the
conditions must be held for two complete turns following the first establishment
of the victory conditions in order to win by the chosen secret victory condition.  
The Visionary
a.  The Visionary
1.
Construct a temple in three or more different regions.
2.
Construct a Fortress (fortification improvement in a town) in three or
more different regions.
3.
Control PC’s with  both the Temple and Fortress improvement in three
or more regions.
i.
At end of three consecutive turns if prior to T22
ii.
At end of either turn if T23 or T24
4.   Control at least one region.
5.   Control 3 or more cities
i.
At end of three consecutive turns if prior to T22
ii.
At end of either turn if T23 or T24
iii.
At end of three consecutive turns if prior to T23
iv.
At end of either turn if T23 or T24
6.   King in Good health if prior to T22
The Mastermind
b.  The Mastermind
1.
Assassinate three or more Primary Figures.  A Primary Figure is a
character who is a King, a Prince, or a Warlord. 
2.
Steal two or more artifacts.
3.
Have Substantial or greater (control, tight control) influence in three
or more regions 
i.
At end of three consecutive turns if prior to T22
ii.
At end of either turn if T23 or T24
4.
King in Good health if prior to T22
The Conquering Hero
c.  The Conquering Hero
1.
Control 4 or more brigades of  “Legendary” or “Renowned”
experience.
2.
Have at least two leaders who are Warlords, one of which must be the
King 
3.
Control  two or more regions
